As part of our commitment to remain on the cutting edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our computer processing system. Our new system will help us continue to provide the Premier Banking Service you have come to expect, while better enabling us to protect your confidential information and offer the most up-to-date products and services. The conversion to our new system will begin on Friday, February 9, 2018, and will be completed by the morning of Monday, February 12, 2018.

With our new processing system, there are some changes that will affect the products and services we provide to you. We want you to be aware of these changes and ask that you read this letter carefully to help ensure the transition to our new system causes you as little disruption as possible.
In order to make the switch to our new processing system, we must temporarily limit the availability of some banking services during the Enhancement Period. We sincerely apologize for the limited availability of these services during the Enhancement Period. The affected services and temporary limitations are discussed below.
Mobile Banking – The current app will be disabled on Friday, February 9, 2018. You will be required to go to your app store and download the new mobile app on Monday, February 12, 2018 (See instructions below). All customers are advised to log into internet banking to establish permanent credentials prior to attempting use of the Mobile Application. This task should always be completed first (for this conversion and new customers going forward).

So, Please take advantage of this opportunity to get everyone set up while we have the extra support available.
One of the benefits of our new processing system is the enhanced security features it offers. In order to better protect the confidentiality of your information and protect against fraud, we have made the following changes to our Online Banking and Mobile Banking systems. These changes will be effective beginning Monday, February 12th.
Passwords – When you first logon to Online Banking you will be asked to input your current User ID and a Temporary Password assigned by the Bank. The Temporary Password for your account is Bank + the last four digits of your social security number.(ex: Bank1234) Instead of the simple challenge questions you used in the past, you will be asked to validate your identity through a one-time security code via a phone call or SMS text message. These enhanced security features help safeguard your information.
You will then be asked to change your Temporary Password to a new Password. Your new Password must: (i) be at least 8 characters long, (ii) contain at least one number, and (iii) contain at least one special character (i.e. !@#$%^&*,.<>). Please know that your new Password will be case sensitive.
